Rate: $54 + tax for five issues/year, we are in the process of transitioning to a proactive billing system which means you will receive your invoice in the summer and we will require it be paid by the publication of the first issue of the school year to ensure that you receive the Volume. 

If you join mid-year, you will begin receiving issues with the next Volume, to be invoiced over the next summer.
