Doug is a 3L from Olathe, Kansas. He attended the University of Kansas for college where he majored in French and International Studies; then, he went on to receive a Master of Arts in French Literature. Before attending law school, Doug was an ESL English teacher and school administrator. He is currently spending his summer working for the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office in the Adult Misdemeanor Division.

This past year, Doug participated in the National Native American Law Students Association (NNALSA) Moot Court Competition where his team won first place! He is also involved in OUTLaws, Mock Trial Council, and working as a Lawyering Skills TA. When not studying on the Fifth Floor of Green Hall, Doug is an avid gardener and loves to travel.
